This week at thinkivity has been all about getting FIT Show ready and creating learning material for GlazePro AI, wow, it’s been a journey! I’ve definitely been out of my comfort zone, it’s been worth every minute.
For most of my working life, I’ve been face-to-face with people, colleagues, customers, suppliers, that’s where I feel strongest. Being in the room, reading reactions, bouncing off energy. So this week’s task was a real change for me: creating digital content for GlazePro AI. To do it, I had to record myself explaining the power of Copilot using the free lightweight version, speaking directly to camera with no audience to bounce off!
Let’s just say, there have been plenty of laughs when I watched the videos back. At times, it looked more like I was recording a hostage video than explaining AI! Trust me, I am part of thinkivity at my own choice and I’m loving my journey at thinkivity. The best is I’m loving watching people experience their AI lightbulb moments, seeing them release the real power of AI into their businesses.
We’ve even developed a bit of an inside joke about my “recording studio”, a setup cobbled together at home with ladders, oranges and a camera! These details pale into insignificance, what is important part was sharing how good Copilot can be for glazing industry businesses. And I can see the difference in my content already. As the recordings go on, I’m getting more relaxed, more natural, it’s exciting to feel that progress. Like AI it is ok not be perfect first attempt and like prompting, the more you do it the better the results become.
Another proud moment for Team thinkivity this week was our first webinar!
If you haven’t joined us for our Unlock the Power of AI webinar, follow this link; https://thinkivity.co.uk/free-webinar
Like anyone running a new event, we had that nervous moment, would anyone show up? We needn’t have worried. We had a strong group join us, even if no one turned on their cameras! (It’s always a little strange not being able to see your audience.) Life is always better the more we connect with each other, we would love the next webinar if our visitors felt comfortable enough to have their cameras on.
Once Elton had finished delivering the slides (which was an excellent presentation as always!), the feedback came flooding I, it was brilliant. The positivity, the excitement, the endless ideas… that classic “can of worms” moment, as people start seeing just how far AI can take their businesses. It really reminded us why we do what we do. If you were unable to join us on first webinar, we will be uploading the content, feel free to watch this back when it becomes live.
Now, with the final bits being wrapped up Monday, we’re 90% FIT Show ready — and buzzing with excitement. I feel incredibly lucky to be supported by such amazing teams, both at home and at thinkivity.

We like to think we are friendly and approachable team here at thinkivity, anyone exhibiting at FIT Show should check out Thursday’s exhibitors email, we have put together a how to guide for working through all the leads you generate at the show. No matter how tired or sore the feet are Friday morning post show, in the shortest time you generate a report for your team back at HQ at what a success the show was!
Bring on FIT Show! I have a feeling we’re going to be very busy… and we can’t wait.
You’ll find us at Stand G80 – come and say hello we are always happy to talk AI!
