Our Story
Whilst AI is still very new, our story has deep roots. Founder, Elton Boocock began his journey to AI with Urban Media, a digital marketing agency he created in 1997. Ahead of its time then, Elton developed an agency built exclusively on digital and marketing automation. Originally working across many sectors, Urban Media now specialise in helping glazing businesses thrive online.
Elton’s love for the window and door industry was developed with Business Pilot, a CRM and business management system built specifically for window and door companies. It too was (and is) considered a huge innovation in how it allows window installers to run their businesses better, and with less time.
These experiences, paired with his understanding of both technical (AI and automation) and business innovations (where he has spent his career!), led to thinkivity—a consultancy focused on transforming the glazing industry through cutting-edge technology. Today, that means helping the industry to adopt Artificial Intelligence and System Automation. Together, they are game changers for fenestration.
